Following yesterday's conversation about
virile,
viral, and
virulent regarding "Videntes stellam" (confession time: I was confusing virulent for virile), Sadie and I had this conversation:
Me: I've decided to change my screen name to Dr. Vocabulary.
Sadie: Wow, that's a misnomer.
Sadie: Wait, do you know what a
misnomer is?
Hilarity ensued.

on the plus side, ensued has been correctly applied. :D
Time for a vocabulary show down. Copeland vs. Sadie
I suggest Dr. Malaprop for a screen name.
At least one person will need this:

Misnomer is who all guys dread meeting at parties...
When I first read glanced at this I thought it said "Hillary ensued" instead of "Hilarity ensued". I was genuinely scared for a second there.
I need this!!!
