Sometimes I forget that my life is pretty glam (except for when it's not, of course). Richard Stilwell is a mentor professor of mine. I mean, I know that he had a huge career and that a simple YouTube search pulls up some amazing singing, but when you're sitting in someone's basement sharing a glass of white wine with five or six Met Stars of Times Gone By and calling them by their first names (because they're more than just your professors) then you start to realize - life is good.
