This is EXACTLY what is happening in the workplace. It's all about change, and rapid, at that. Those who can't adapt will be left behind. Those who resist adapting and change will be the most miserable in the workplace-we've all seen them anyway, but it's all so much faster now. There are no absolutes. Once a problem is solved, the challenge changes, so the newest solution won't apply. It takes tenacity, talent and energy to want to keep doing the very best you can.

I enjoyed reading that...have you read the Friedman book "The World is Flat"? I think that is the title...its about the same things...
