big head = big brain?

I had to share this with the world:

RICHMOND, Va. (June 17, 2005) – People with bigger brains are smarter than their smaller-brained counterparts, according to a study conducted by a Virginia Commonwealth University researcher published in the journal “Intelligence.”

The study, published on line June 16, could settle a long-standing scientific debate about the relationship between brain size and intelligence. Ever since German anatomist and physiologist Frederick Tiedmann wrote in 1836 that there exists “an indisputable connection between the size of the brain and the mental energy displayed by the individual man,” scientists have been searching for biological evidence to prove his claim.

Did i mention that the doctor placed my head in the 98.5 percentile?

hi! this has nothing to do with your blog.

Dad has requested (he's brilliant, by the way ;) hehehe) that we try and attain a spot before one of the televised UAB football games to sing the Nation Anthem so everyone can see that we're all that and a bag of chips... "Internationally Acclaimed," and whatnot ;) haha
just to try and get our name out there, i guess. i thought it sounded like a fun idea. our football team needs people in that stand anyway, ha!

My parents and Friends(UAB FANS) all say the say thing (about singing for UAB games).... oh... also, when I was at Mark's Graduation in May...I heard many people ask why the UAB Concert Choir didn't sing at Graduation.... afterall, our biggest supporters are alumni that KNOW how great we are... :-) Let's do it next year! :-)
