how the heck would you notate a contrapuntal line done by overtone?

or maybe something like 3prtl written over the note or where the lyrics usually go.

Seeing as they're still pitches with rhythms,

I imagine he can notate these harmonics as a 2nd voice over the fundamentals (without modifying standard notation) with the predetermined understanding provided that these two simultaneous voices are to be performed by one singer (or each singer assigned to the staff).
