Well done, Chris.

You have to admire creativity in all its forms. Well done, Chris.

I actually do have it all lined up! I have a full ride to Bama in place for next fall, where I'll be double-majoring in musical theatre and psychology.

I meant to tell you, but there weren't any times that really seemed appropriate, 'cause I know I left a pretty bad image when I left. I wanted to let you know that I do appreciate all you taught me, and yours was, by far, the best choir I've ever had the privilege of being in. You're an amazing educator and an equally talented director, but most of all, I felt like you were actually my friend.

I really hated knowing that I left such a bad impression when I went home, but I understand it. If it's any consolation to you, I honestly have "grown up" quite a bit this past half a year or so, mainly due to experience and trial and error, or "the hard way." Of course, there's no way I can really prove it to you, but it saddens me to know that I'll never really be able to make it up to you, because you're one of few people I respected at school. Which, I realize, is a horrible thing to say, but it's past the point of being able to salvage anything, so why not get straight to the point? Either way, I just wanted to let you know that I do respect you, and I'm truly sorry I disappointed you like I did.

P.S. Your tux jacket is sitting on a table upstairs in my room, ready for my next trip to Birmingham. =)
