Setting up recording sessions

There's always too much to do, however, there are goals that we have as an ensemble.

One goal is to release a CD very soon.

To do a CD, we need recordings . . . to do recordings we need recording sessions. I want you to put these dates on your calendar, pending department and church and recording technician:

Sunday, April 13, 7-9 pm
Monday, April 14, 7-9 pm
Tuesday, April 15, 5-7 pm (releasing in time for Wind Symphony concert)

Thursday, April 10 I probably can't do. It's not enough notice for work.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are really bad for me. These are the only days I work!!
I guess I'll have to take off Tuesday, April 15th.

I will not be able to on April 14 for the Concert Choir recording either. My accounting class starts at 7pm. However, I can for the Chamber Choir time slot earlier that evening.

Are we really supposed to tell you on the blog?
In that case, I'm playing "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" on that 4/10 Thursday. I'm also gigging on Tuesday 4/15.

You're killing me Dr. Copeland...
I have no idea how you expect us to do all these recording sessions on top of getting ready for exams and writing papers, and still have a voice for the Spring Concert...

I understand your concern, I really do. These are the dates that are available to us on the music department calendar.

I'll explain more about time given back to you soon. It's not as bad as it looks.

I will not be able to make it to the April 15 time. I have a class at that time. Also, I would have to be a little late to the Sunday night rehearsal due to handbell rehearsals at church.
