I know that many of you know this already, but it just hit the online scheduling system: Choir has a new time next year.

Gone is the 3-day a week 2 hour per rehearsal. While that schedule had its benefits, it also had its problems. I don't need to tell you what they were, you know! Scheduling other classes around choir was an issue. A big issue.

This new schedule gives us 300 minutes (what I've identified as necessary for a successful choir).

What's new:

1. We rehearse every day, not three days a week.
2. We rehearse on Mondays and Fridays (just spelling it out)
   
3. (however, i'll likely do sectionals on Fridays--all men, all women, etc. or not have class on some Fridays)
4. There will be no class conflict allowed.
   

There are a couple of other changes in the class schedule. I'll explain more soon.
